J P House Of Pizza - Crossing

Food was cold, cake frozen solid, pasta mush, sauce watery, and a HAIR in the salad.

They say they close at 10pm but they were so rude and they closed at 9:40pm

I ordered the turkey club sub, after taxes I swiped my card for $10 and some change. The guy who served me, said I was all set and didn’t offer me the receipt. I didn’t mind at the time so I didn’t ask. I get home later that day and there’s a 16$ charge on my card. They faked the receipt and tipped themselves $5 unauthorized. JP house of pizza make it right. They stole from me. NOT COOL. $5 may seem like nothing but I work too hard for your employees to steal my money. Tipping is not the issue, stealing is.

Tasty pizza, quick service, clean restaurant, and a lovely owner. A local business I’ll be sure to support when in the area : Kid-friendliness: My daughter had fun chatting with the owner, who clearly enjoyed kids and made our visit even more pleasant.
