Longwood Grille - Crossing

One of the highlights of our trip to Dana Farber for a checkup was Longwood Grille Bar. Everything was fabulous!

Never eaten at a place where the food was entirely flavorless. Starting with the ginger ale that had zero flavor and had to be sent back. Fish snd chips was dry and utterly tasteless. Finally tried classic New York cheesecake and hit the trifecta: dry and utterly tasteless. It was surreal. Dies food go into a flavor removal process n their kitchen?

Grace Maria are amazing seated me fast got my order in pronto because I was on my lunch break from the hospital , it makes such a difference when place have amazing employees that just get it ! I got the nachos sweet spicy wings with fries , Will be back !

Placed an online order while we were in the children’s ER. It specifically said it will be ready at 7:34pm, immediately charged my card for over $60. Got there to pick up the food and they claim they never got the order refused to make it or refund.

They charged for coffee, pancake tastes like flour, did not accommodate my request, and I never got my glass of water. Worst experience ever.
