Great staff, their level of skill in customer service really stood out! McDonalds is okay, no issues but this small team made the downtown store a head turner for me.

Finally, this location is able to provide Moca AGAIN, finally received the Missing ingredient, chocolate syrup. This location has NO DINE IN SERVICE, Take out or DELIVERY are your only option.

Fast and friendly got my coffee faster then others

I placed an order through the app while I was at the Waterfront Centre, but I didn't realize it switched to a different location. When I called this location, the person on the phone was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to contact the Waterfront McDonald's to have them prepare my order there. I really appreciate their assistance!

I had the best experience! The customer service was outstanding, and I absolutely loved it.
