Ruth's Chris Steak House - Crossing

Only real problem was the steak, which is ironic. The amount of salt overwhelmed everything and we found ourselves scraping the meat before each bite. Everything else was great, just disappointed with the seasoning of the filets at a top tier steakhouse.

Went for a birthday dinner. The front host staff was great, the service however was not. The waiter was inattentive, rude, and pushed alcohol when we declined drinks once, he asked two more times to make sure we weren 't getting drinks before yanking the wine glasses off the table and reaching over other table guests. Three of the four entrees came out together, but one didn 't come out for another five minutes. Plate presentation was poor, the meat just thrown on the plate. For there being only two other tables in the dining room this level of service just seemed not unacceptable. I work nearby and had never been before, and definitely will not be going back. The dining room was beautiful though.

Our waiter took our order and never came back! We had to flag someone down to get our check and boxes to go. The food was undercooked and there were not a lot of people there on a Saturday night to justify being slammed. Next day food poisoning is always fun... we had a show to get to for 8 and arrived at 615. Our food took an hour to get to us after ordering and wasn't that great.

We were there on 4/12 for an early dinner, can't remember our server's name but she gave my wife her card. Wonderful meal and service was excellent. One of our favorite places to go nationwide.
