Strange experience. We were promptly seated then our waiter Rio started taking one of our orders when he quickly became frustrated and walked off. He then took all orders from other patrons who came in after us. When my wife asked if we could place our order he threatened that “talking to him like that wouldn’t get us any food.” Strange experience. We decided to leave won’t be back. Among the poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Very very basic, but classic American food with some slight twists. Slightly on the expensive side, and sides have to be bought separately. If you're tired of McDonalds, this is just one step up, albeit for double the price.

Went here before the Noah Kahan concert. It’s right outside Fenway so we were worried it would be too crowded and a long wait. The staff was amazing. Sat us quickly, got us our menus, took our drink orders. It was busy but they were quick and efficient. We were never rushed, though! The food came out quickly, too! No errors in our order and cooked to perfection. Happily surprised at quick delicious service at such a reasonable price
