Feedback gevenI visited for the first time and received a warm welcome right upon entering. I was very impressed with both the service and the food. My meal was ready in just a few minutes. The steak and cheese sandwich was just what we needed as we were passing through the area during the recent snowy, cold weather. I would definitely come back. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and a lovely experience.
I requested that they spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread because my wife and I have difficulty swallowing. However, the person who applied the mayonnaise ended up putting a ridiculously thick layer on the sandwich—literally half an inch. It was so thick that all the meat and fillings fell out the other side. I don't know if this was meant as a joke, but at nearly 80 years old, we don't find such pranks amusing. With our limited income from Social Security, we can only afford to eat out when we receive our checks. This experience was anything but enjoyable. Once we got home, we found ourselves unable to do much for the rest of the day. I wish I could return the sandwich to show them what happened. It will be a long time before we consider returning; we used to go every time we received our checks, but that won’t be happening again.
I arrived only 15 minutes before closing, but I was met with outstanding service.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was left disappointed. I had seen advertisements for their chicken Parmesan sandwich, which looked amazing on TV, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the meatballs were ice cold, as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator and placed on the bread. The only thing that was warm was the melted cheese on top. While the service was friendly, my main focus at a sandwich shop is the food, not just the service.
If you choose to order a salad, be sure to pick up some dressing from Walmart beforehand. When you get back to work, you'll notice that you only receive a tiny cup of dressing—roughly half of what you might actually need.
