Mcdonald's - Crossville

The service is slow, and they frequently make errors with orders. They consistently add extra charges without even asking for your approval.

It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, yet everyone was working hard. However, the food was quite salty.

I haven't visited McDonald's since the pandemic due to the way truck drivers were being treated nationwide. However, my grandson wanted to go to McDonald's.

I go through the drive thru for breakfast here about 3 or 4 times a week. Always friendly, always fast (they have really improved their speed), and good food.

The rudest service I 've ever received from a McDonald 's in my entire life. You can tell that the teens who work here hate their jobs and simply don 't care. Also, the fries I received were so old, they were rock hard like the ones you find under the seat in your car. I will never return to this location.
