Subway - Crossville

I recently visited this restaurant and waited for over 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. I had to call out to get the employees' attention. I will not be returning to this Subway if they do not prioritize their customers.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to! They hurried my order and barely put any ingredients in my sandwich. Online orders take 45 minutes just to be prepared. We will not be returning to this location.

The restaurant was offering a promotion for a free 6-inch sub, so we decided to go to Subway to try it out. The employee we encountered had a very rude and obnoxious attitude. When we asked about which meals we could use for the sandwiches, she responded rudely that she would have to ask someone else.

Twice now in the last couple week 's there 's no meatballs, sold out. Going to go to a different store from now on. The people that work there have always, ALWAYS been great. Working alone and handling major rushes, hats off, mad respect. Owners, give them raises so they don 't need a tip jar.
