First Choice - Croydon

Upon returning home, we lodged a complaint with the after travel customer service, but were met with disappointment as they dismissed our complaints without investigation and only offered a voucher for a future holiday. We also contacted ABTA, but they proved to be equally unhelpful. In conclusion, I would advise against booking a holiday with First Choice/TUI as their customer service is appalling and once they have your money, they no longer care about your satisfaction. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and we will not be using their services again.

This is the best Chinese food I have had in a while. The delivery was fast and the service was friendly. I will definitely be ordering again.

The management and staff at this restaurant are good and pleasant, providing excellent service with care in delivery. The food selection is great and everything I have tried was very tasty. The service is also fast.
