Zabardast Centrale - Croydon

As a regular customer of Zabardast Croydon Centrale, it is evident that the top management has made some changes that have significantly affected the quality of the food. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Zabardast increased their prices, making their meals more expensive compared to nearby alternatives. Additionally, the recent changes in the food menu have resulted in a decline in quality, with dishes resembling generic Indian food with a lack of freshness and flavor. The Bombay potato dish tasted like plain boiled potatoes with tomato sauce, and the overall presentation was lacking. Zabardast now only offers tomato soup as an option, further disappointing customers. The high prices for subpar food have left customers feeling disheartened. The only redeeming qualities were the slightly lower coffee prices and good customer service, but I have heard that the management plans to remove coffee syrups from the menu. It seems that Zabardast is prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction and loyalty, jeopardizing their relationship with both customers and employees.

I recently returned to Zabardast in central and I absolutely love it! The customer service is top-notch and the food is fantastic. Thank you for the amazing dining experience.

We visited the Central branch in Croydon and ordered two meals. The food was delicious and the service from the young lady was prompt and excellent. This is definitely one of the best places to eat in Croydon.

I haven't been here yet and it's like a high Indian subway! I was guided by the experience of choosing and filling a brot. the personal where I like to try different fillings to make sure that I had the right one. I've made a pretty chicken ktikka frotti wrap. a high quality product at a reasonable price. while I got mine to go the interior and sitting area was nice and clean.

Good portion size. Personally found the mild' vegetable biryani a little spicy but that's personal. It was quite pricey really for what was just a portion of rice with a few pieces of veg in it. Nice to try it but it wasn't for me.
