Papaya Thai Cuisine - CROYDON PARK

Three of us went to this place, we were only there on a cold winter night. the place was freezing, no air conditioning system switched on. kellner dressed in shorts and strings could not understand our order. the food arrived sparod and a dish prawn huhn toast was as dry and scorched as it wasn't. Chicken Satay-Skewers were tough, crisp and tasteless. phad thai was gray and inconspicuous, while the 'special' the coconut fish curry was more like a laksa than a curry. the waiter showed a complete indifference of our complaining about the quality of the food we were served. we will never be back!

Never again order from this place, takeaway parts are too small and terrible presented, what a chaos

Where is the wonderful front of the housewife? Unfortunately, her replacement is not so experienced in customer service and I hate to call now to order. eating remains amazing.

Ordered meal on 22/12/21. Ordered 5 mains, an entree and rice for pick up. Arrived and the food was not ready which was fine, however, we were told that there was a wait due to the rice. We were handed over the bag of food when the rice was supposedly ready. We arrived home and there was no rice in the bag. We called the restaurant allowing them to correct their mistake however they would not deliver the rice. Instead they offered for us to pick up plain rice the next day. We spent over $100, I’m not sure how offering us plain rice TO PICK UP the next day is justifiable. What can I do with a green curry without rice?? On top of that, the mains we did receive tasted terrible. The laksa was not authentic (and by the way I ordered prawns as well as chicken and only got chicken). The crispy pork main had been severely over cooked. The pad Thai was average at best. I would give zero stars if I could. Will not be back. Allowed the restaurant to fix their mistakes but they chose not to.

Excellent food! They consistently make the same sound quality and taste. On top, they provide 5-star friendly service. Thanks, Papaya team!
