Feedback gevenIt took 20 mins for the lone worker to take my order due to the fact she was working making food for mobile orders and whatever, manager was playing slot machine. Got to give a shout out to Barbara for THE EXCELLENT customer service for greeting me,apologies for how long it was taking, taking my order and cooking a great breakfast and doing this ALL BY HERSELF with a smileon her face!
Decent Dairy Queen with room for improvement. Every visit has shown signs of progress. It seems like they may have new management.
I wish I could give zero stars. My husband ordered through the app, but it defaulted his pick up location 45 minutes away. He had to cancel the order, but there was no feature in the app to do so. The app said the order was complete and paid for, pending on our account. It advised us to call the store to cancel. We called the store four times, but they were not helpful and never asked for our name or order number. After my fourth call, they finally found the order in their system, which they had never received or started to prepare. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and had no knowledge of how to handle the situation. They told us to contact headquarters because the app is new to their store and they couldn't cancel app orders. They also claimed there was no manager available to cancel it. They didn't take our information to pass along to a manager for the next day, and it got lost according to other staff members. I would like a refund since we never received the order and the staff at the restaurant also confirmed they did not receive it.
Terrible experience. The staff shows no concern for customers. After waiting in line, we discovered they didn't have the items we wanted in stock. It might be best for them to consider closing the restaurant.
The issue started when we ordered online through the DQ website. after we paid for our meals, we received an email with the receipt, and $2 was added to the final amount. when we confronted about the price change, the worker there said that the pricewas correct and that the burger we ordered was 2 extra dollars, a different price than the one on the website. the secondissue occurred after we got our meals. the burgers were fine, but the chicken strip basket had a lot of problems. they gave usfries instead of the onion rings we had ordered after we had paid $0.69 more to get rings instead of fries. The dipping sauce weordered was not ranch, but gravy, which wasn 't a big deal, but it shows how careless this location is when handling orders. notthe best.
