Feedback gevenThey charge a 10% service fee but yet you order off a QR code. Can’t imagine what that service fee goes towards without a wait staff. Food is good but everything else isn’t.
Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. The poor waitress spilled a glass of wine all over my 94 year old dad. She must have been having a bad day as she simply left the table and went to cry in the back. The BBQ was cold. We had to send it back to be heated up. To order, you use a QR code and order online. Even with this app, the service was lackluster. They need to become a well oiled machine. Currently, they aren't running on all cylinders. Hopefully, if they find a good team leader, they can improve.
As a Louisiana native with family in Texas, I’m always on the hunt for tasty bbq when trying to new places. For the first time in the long time, the brisket met my Texas standards! Thank you Smoked for a great experience today!
Whoever is making the Smash Burgers here deserves a raise! Very consistent, paper wrapped just right, good fries...so good.
Not sure who the little hostess/waitress was but she was very very sweet, very polite, Very attentive, as I told her, I receive service from her better than I’ve had from anywhere else in a long time.. Instead of 5 stars , I would give her 10…??Thank you, little lady.. ? Whoever you may be?
