River Heights - Crump

My wife and I dined here four times last year, and on each occasion, we ordered a variety of dishes. Everything we tried was excellent, but the NY Steak stood out as exceptional.

My wife and I were passing through Crump and decided to stop at River Heights, a place we hadn't visited in a few years—and probably won't again. We ordered fish: I had the whole fish and my wife chose the fillets. My dish was okay but a bit watery for my taste. However, when my wife took a bite of her fillet, she couldn't eat any more. I tried it myself, and it was incredibly disappointing—the worst fish I’ve ever had.

This restaurant is situated along the Tennessee River in Crump, Tennessee. The food is delicious, and the ambiance is wonderful. I had dinner there for the first time on December 15, 2018. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table. The waitress was prompt and friendly, taking our drink order right away. Our food arrived within just a few minutes and was served hot and very tasty. The fish and Ribeye steak were both excellent, and the baked potato was outstanding. The salad bar was well-stocked with a variety of options. Prices are reasonable, making for an overall great dining experience. I will definitely return to River Heights Restaurant the next time I’m in the area.
