Pizza Hut - Crystal City

After multiple bad experiences in the past, either with quality or general service, I decided that I would give this place another shot. I can not say that I was disappointed! Everything was fresh AND correct this time! (It doesn't sound like a big ask, but it has been with many establishments recently) I called in to commend them (not complain) on the drastic improvement and was able to speak with the new store manager. She was very caring and thoughtful and really appreciated the positive feedback. Thank you Conni and crew!

Got a Big Box meal with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and boneless wings. Everything was really good. Had it delivered, and it was all still hot when we got it. Tasty!

Forgot my order when I ordered again they put it on the doorstep and it was cold when I got it because I didn't know it was there

I had an online order in the januar she messed up one of my pizza I said I had placed a loan on my phone number for a medium to redeem.

They have some pretty great wings. one of the only places where the wings arrive, they are still crunchy, but not boiled. the aromen are fantastic.
