Burger King - Crystal Lake

The new hand-battered chicken sandwich is fantastic! However, the fries were a bit too long and a little limp. When we requested a special order burger, the cook personally came to the counter to ensure he got it right, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be returning!

I give this restaurant 4 stars because they don't stand by their own promotions. The $10 deal for two meals featuring the Impossible Whopper isn't something you can actually find here. If you check the BK website, you'll see that the Impossible Whopper is not included in this promotion.

I have visited numerous Burger King locations around the world, and I typically try their signature item at each one: the Whopper. Today, it exceeded all my expectations. It was hot, fresh, and included beautiful tomatoes, just as I ordered. The service was quick, and the grilled patty was perfectly flaky. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was well-maintained.
