Dunkin' Donuts - Crystal Lake

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been too. Sent an on the go order for two iced coffees and they didn't finish making them for 20minutes... Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered $13 of breakfast to sit and enjoy until one worker had locked both restrooms then said they were both out of order but had no signage. Not sure where she was going to the bathroom then. Was going to order sandwiches to take to the whole family but left for another store instead.

Place closes at 5pm everyday... And no drive through.

Isaiah was very friendly and made one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back for his all star service!

Great service friendly people, tired of going there when they are closed need to change there hours on the web page every Saturday they close early.
