Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

It was a horrible experience the young kids they have working are rude and don't care about the customers. I was standing waiting for someone to help me for 15min. Mind you it was empty. I walked in the girl seen me ignored I was there I asked hercan you help me she said wait a sec. Then they all left to the back still not getting my order. Then they came back to the frontI asked again can someone help me the girl ignored me took the order for the drive through while the other girl mopped thefloor. This is horrible they need to teach these kids customer service. I will never go there again

Very slow ... and hard to get into and out of it is almost unsafe to exit experienced drivers will have a rough time existing this location

1st of all the people there are so nice and they make the best carmel ice coffee I've ever tasted! I get extra Carmel and cream :

Staff is friendly, despite staff shortages, and my orders are never wrong (mobile order and at the speaker). Their friendly attitudes go a long way in the morning if I go get coffee!

I went in the woman saw me ignored I was there I asked her she could help me she said wait a second. then they all went back, still not my order. then they came back to the front I asked, someone can help me, the girl ignored me the order for the drive through while the other girl hits the floor. that's terrible that they have to teach this kind of customer service. I'll never go there again.
