Additionally, the menu advertised curly fries, but we were served regular fries that were simply seasoned. The dry rub Cajun boneless wings appeared to have just a slight sprinkle of Cajun seasoning on one side, almost as if it had been added while still in the container. We also ordered 11 naked boneless wings, which were missing entirely; these were meant for our two young children, leaving them without anything to eat. To top it off, the fries were undercooked. The only positive aspect of our meal was the ranch dressing, which was fantastic.

Reluctantly, I placed my order online, paid with my card, but then received an error message saying something went wrong. I decided to call the Chili's manager to explain the situation, but once again, they said they couldn’t take orders over the phone. I just don’t understand why someone can’t just take my order, write it down, and have it prepared. It seems like many restaurants these days are overly reliant on their computer systems and have lost the ability to interact personally with customers. Frustrated, I took my business elsewhere. I ended up at Tipsy Goat Tavern in Cary, Illinois, based on a recommendation from a friend. Not only could they take my order over the phone or in person, but their wings were fantastic! The staff was friendly and accommodating, with no excuses, and their prices were comparable to It's Just Wings.

We ordered for delivery for the first time and weren't sure what to expect since delivery can be hit or miss, even from the best places. WOW! That's all I can say. It was incredibly affordable, the sauces were delicious, the wings were perfectly cooked, and the free fries and ranch were fantastic! We will definitely be ordering again.

I just randomly found this when looking to order food. We had a door dash gift card and wanted to try some place new. Wings were amazing and so were the fries and such a fantastic price!!! Will be ordering many more times from here.

We were online looking for where to eat and it's just wings came up and it looked really good. We placed our order and proceeded to look up the pick up location. When my husband showed me where it was, I said no that's Chili's. So we navigated around and found out that it was through Chili's. We started to read the reviews and were in shock and how mislead we were. We wanted to cancel our order!1.Hardly any sauce on one of the chicken orders.2. Bone in order looked like it was clear or undercooked.3. Fries were not cooked all the way some were warm and majority was cold.4. Got there on time but there were 4 chili customers waiting, so it took 10 minutes to get food.5. We ordered a side of fries and could have gotten a small size from Arby's with how much I had gotten.(picture).6. Tasted horrible, clearly microwaved and dry.
