Taco Bell - Crystal Lake

The only reason why this place is a necessity if on the jump and only over the grab some decent but not realistic Spanish dishes and getting wherever necessary. Although, in any case a favorit come 2-3 on when they are 120 tacos, 40 burritos, and a buck of random living means and they branch out a top of an additional $70, 2 as they still work on it.

Great staff! Always clean in the dine in area. I would recommend people to go to that specific Taco Bell because I know their experience will be amazing.

Gave us the wrong order. When we returned it, they gave it to the other customer. We had touched the food trying to figure out the order. I made sure they knew the food was touched but they still gave it to the drive through customer.

Typical Taco Bell food. Nothing special about it. However the service is good and they are fast.

I've had issues in the past but never bothered to leave a review because it's fast food so I'll let a lot slide. Today though Taco Bell was running a promotion for a free item and the staff at this location flat out lied about the promotion. I ended up paying for what should have been a free burrito.The issues I had in the past, but never bothered to leave a review of, where constant problems with orders being wrong. Taco Bell has the best options for vegan/vegetarians so I frequently order Taco Bell. Without failure when I order from this location more often than not an item that is not supposed to have dairy/meat on it will have one or both despite the order slip/receipt clearing showing it was ordered without sour cream, cheese, meat, etc.The worst Taco Bell experience I've had are at this location and after the staff flat out lied about a current promotion I had enough.
