Went there twice last week food came out nicely. For some reason it seemed the 10 fo 10 was some kind of secret you had to ask for the special menu. Both times our servers were awesome. I'm sorry I can't remember their names, I came late to the tabel both times. I rated the atmosphere a 5 it's not my taste (mainly the noise) but it's very clean and tastefully sporty. Kid-friendliness: It has a nice little arcade some toys and books. Arcade prices seemed a bit high but I'm old grew up with .25 cent pinball. Very disappointed tried calling and was put on hold for 20 minutes. We thought maybe they forgot we were on hold so we tried calling from another phone . Line kept disconnecting every time we tried calling ! So after trying so many times an hour later we call again and was told we’re closed .I explained my situation and was told we’re busy wasn’t even told sorry or anything.Such horrible service how can you put someone on hold so long and then ignore a call . The place was still open . ! Ridiculous will never go back here ! Service: 1
