CafÉ D´ Alice - Cuenca

From the looks of it you wouldn't think much of it, the food and service is very good. We had breakfast here twice during our visit to Cuenca which consisted of 4 days. They offer pancakes with Nutella, a hit with my kiddos. Good coffee. Strong wifi. Quality food. I asked for the humita w extra cheese.

Beautiful place but service is awful. Dirty tables and staff that don't acknowledge you. Hope this bad review helps owner retrain staff bc it's a beautiful cafe

Very nice coffee shop, great sweets. They don't understand iced mochaccino yet, though, but I won't hold it against them! Very nice people!

I ordered a milkshake and asked what was it made with, they said ice cream and milk, however it was with ice, found ice cubes at bottom of glass. Saw employee put her bare hands on food and then in her mouth. Server was great.

We loved this little cafe. They have good sweets and amazing coffee. The staff is really nice. This was our lovely break place after exploring the city. It was great to recharge our batteries and head out on another adventure.
