Do not expect to spend less than $100 food and drinks for 2 people, but it is an experience I will never forget. The food, the views and the drinks complement each other to a 10/10 culinary experience. Turi is the most spectacular view in all Cuenca and Hell's Grill is perfectly positioned to take advantage of this view. It is definitely a must to see if you are in town for a few days or week. You can have a dinner night on a lower budget if you only have drinks.
Five stars partially because....of the epic view. Even on a rainy day it was impressive to roll through the clouds and storms. Absolutely incredible views. Parking is hard, but it's worth it. And you have to go up many stairs to get it, but again, it's worth it! The food was okay, could be more fascinating and interesting, but I ended it. I also remember it a bit on the expensive side... probably because of the view. I would go again and spend time feeling like a bird... eating a sandwich and drinking a beer!
I didn't say a shame that I was here because of the views. I wasn't disappointed. The 5 stars are for the beautiful panoramic position of Cuenca in the night. I only had the chicken and pommes (I don't know the name) which was good, but nothing crazy. I will come back and give a better review of food haha.
I was lucky to visit when the weather was superb and there were not many people, so I got a good place with an exceptional view. My cappuccino was prepared exactly as I demanded and my tiramisu was good if not the best at all. (I'm sure they didn't use real Mascarpone cheese – that really makes a big Tiramisu. Mine was more like a very tasty, rich, creamy cheesecake with chocolate sauce. Service was very pleasant and appealing. I'll be back.
Really good food! And excellent service without mentioning the view. Miguel was very attentive and kind
