Moe's Southwest Grill - Cullowhee

The staff working at the restaurant were very friendly, however, I was confused by the ticket system they used. It seemed like the traditional way of ordering would have been much quicker. I ended up waiting over an hour for my Crunchwrap, which was poorly made with barely any steak and burnt. The system in place was not efficient for both the employees and the customers, as people were ditching their tickets and causing food waste. I would recommend shutting down orders when it gets too backed up. Overall, it was not a good experience and I felt sorry for the workers.

I absolutely love this restaurant. They catered my wedding in 2016 and their food is always fresh and bursting with flavor. A must-try is their homewrecker burrito or bowl. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The portions are generous - you can easily get two meals out of one burrito if you're not a big eater. They also have a kid-friendly menu and offer dine-in service for lunch.

The burritos are consistently delicious at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple occasions where I did not receive the discount for the Moe Monday deal and was charged full price. This never seems to happen to my friend, who orders the same thing as me. Today, after getting my meal at Moe's, I noticed the same issue when I checked my declining balance. I brought it to the attention of the employees, but they were unsure of how to resolve the issue. They offered to call the manager, but I didn't want to inconvenience other customers in line. I understand that many places are understaffed currently, but I urge the restaurant to provide better training for their employees on how to handle refunds with the declining balance system.

I got a chicken quesadilla, and it was really good! The people who work here were super friendly and communicative with me. The wait to get my food from start to finish was not long, either. I do not have a meal plan so this meal ended up being a little over $11, which is a little pricey, but it was really good. I definitely would come back! Service: Dine in
