The only good thing was the Orange Juice. $21 for 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausages and OJ. Could have spent half that at McDonald's withsame food quality. Maybe I'll try something better next time other than the early bird special.
Make sure to request a table on the lovely and vibrant umbrella patio when you dine at this restaurant. The meals were tasty and satisfying.
Recently, Allegra and her team at Allegra California Cafe catered our wedding? And holy moly, what a wonderful experience with an immensely professional team. I didn?t think a restaurant would cater our wedding, but my mom had the great idea to just calland ask. And they said yes! They were so amazing to work with (there was a lot of indecision on my end and they handled me withpatience and grace) and they really did a fantastic job on site; everyone complemented our food. And we took home leftovers thatour family happily ate for days. They were also budget friendly: hands-down the most delicious bang for our buck (and I must?vegotten at least 3 dozen quotes). Ours was a buffet meal because my venue didn?t have the kitchen space for a plated meal, butthey can do plated meals. They didn?t have what we wanted on their menu but they went ahead and made it for us! And they havedessert options for anyone looking to get it all done in one place. I cannot recommend Allegra and her team enough, I hope someof y?all will try them out.
This restaurant deserves five stars for its delicious food. The chefs exceeded expectations in terms of flavor and consistency across all dishes, especially with their house-made mushroom cheese ravioli, which was a definite standout. The portion sizes were just right, not too large but still felt satisfying. Families will enjoy dining on the outdoor patio, while the indoor seating can feel a bit stuffy and warm. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
I was looking for a place for Sunday brunch last minute (which happened to be Mother's Day) and was lucky to get a table on the back patio that had ample space between other tables. I would rate the food as 3.5, service as 5 (very cheerful and friendly), value as 4, and ambience as 4 (thanks to the back patio setting). The green juice was extremely refreshing, and the sweet potato fries were addictive. However, both the Benedicts and the green eggs and ham were disappointing due to overcooked poached eggs.
