Feedback gevenThe third time there and it was so good if not better that the previous two times. They handled our group of eight on Valentine's Day evening when the place was filled and everyone in our group was shaking over their meal. Can't go wrong here!
Last Friday night, my wife and I returned to Carasau for the fifth time they opened. Obviously, we like it very much there. I had prepared a special pasta with Bottarga by owner Vincenzo, followed by the Scallop Special Entree. Both dishes were delicious! The scallops were perfectly cooked and came with Fregola, the delicious, bead-shaped Sardinian pasta. Carasau is a very stylish and special Italian restaurant.
The kitchen has to work better or the timing of the dishes. Some foods came out cold and Steak came undercooked. I don't expect this restaurant to last.
The most authentic Sardinian food and a friendly and professional staff made my birthday dinner perfect. I am Sardinian and I miss the food of my island every day, it was such a pleasant surprise to come over this place! Will definitely return, they make pizza also and cannot wait! I would recommend ordering Seada for Dessert, it's delicious and you'll find it nowhere else.
I've been to Carasau 3 times now and has been excellent every time. The Lasagna is better than any I've had in the US (and most in Italy). My son tried the fettuccini, and it was just as good. I have made them a regular go-to spot. I was really tempted to keep it quiet.
