The chicken was quite bland and improved marginally with hot sauce, but it became much more enjoyable when paired with the garlic, parsley, red pepper, and oil sauce that came with the meat-o-rama. The meat-o-rama was presented on a large raised grill, overflowing with an assortment of meats—from corner to corner, side to side. It included three different cuts of steak, pork medallions, small sausages, and a large, squishy sausage that was quite indulgent. It truly looked like a meat lover's dream. The side of rice was also quite good, although the chicken had decent flavors, it didn’t taste very fresh. The indoor dining area opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, allowing flies to wander in, which wasn’t nearly as bothersome as at Comme Ca. The service was friendly but somewhat disorganized. I think I'll stick to the empanadas and baked goods from now on. It's a shame to see Grand Casino feeling squeezed out, much like Pacifico. Neither restaurant was remarkable, but it’s still disappointing.
