Sarku Japan - Culver City

I love their food but my last visit was bad. The older Hispanic women cashiers are great when taking your order, no mistakes, and friendly! But the last couple of times I’ve gone this rude old Asian woman messed up my order and just made my experience there awful. Take that woman off the register!!

Horrible. Not only did I pay for extra chicken and shrimp that I never recieved. I never recieved the 2 spring rolls I paid for! I had to practically beg for soy sauce hot sauce. That they kept saying is in the bag. Yet; When I got to my car there wasn't neither placed in my bag other than what I had to beg for! I can't lie; what I ate was ok. But please check your bag before leaving. And make sure you have all the sauces you need in your presence before approaching. Because you will get embarrassed if you ask for sauces chop sticks! Because they will scream it's in the bag when its not! Then proceed to scream the the next customers number like your not standing there!

Honestly this place was the best there was to get a simple plate of teriyaki chicken,steamed rice with veggies. But over the years the quality of the food has gone down drastically. All In all the quality of the food going down with be the down fall of this location.

Actually 1.5. Tasteless, the veggies are mushy, and expensive. There are better places to eat in this mall.

Went today after the food court being closed for a whole year. Really disappointed in their rules. Ordered a plate of chicken teriyaki, with sauce but was disappointed when I opened the plate and it was dry. I asked if I could have extra sauce and they told me they don't do that. I was willing to pay for extra sauce as well. Disappointed in eating my food bland with no flavor. Will definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this location to anyone. Should have just stayed closed since they don't care about their customers.
