Feedback gevenService here was terrible. I ordered a chicken fried dish rice for lunch as a pickup order. When I got home I realized that they had given me shrimp fried rice (I'm allergic to shrimp so if I had taken a bite of this, this could have been extremelydangerous). I called the restaurant asking for a refund and they refused to do so. They claimed that I needed to bring back thedish to the restaurant to exchange the order. At this point, there was a lunch rush but I had no other option but to go back andshow them the mistake they made. They still refused to offer me a refund and the best they could do is make a separate order.This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant especially because they didn't acknowledge the risk involvedwith this considering food allergies. As a side note, the food is also bland. I would avoid it at all costs.
Our waiter Theo (usually only works Sundays) is the best! Lots of variety and fun happy hour menu.
The service here was not good at all. I have been to all the locations and this is the worst one. The chef at this location uses too much salt. This is the second time I had a negative experience at this location. I ordered a spicy fried chickenentree that had way to much hot peppers in it. I explained to manager and he removed the $5 up charge for a salad and soup whichwas old and cold as well.
Bad or no good service from the moment we walked in. No greeting upon entrance, dirty dishes just laying there at the end of the bar. Out of ice tea, lack of attentiveness by waiters, servers, busses. Food was ok. Must be a lack of Management orsupervision. Definitely needs improvement.
I love coming to Wokcano, the food is always good. I was surprised they ran out of lemonade, other than that the service was great.
