Domino's Pizza - Cumberland

Store doesn't answer the phone and refuses to deliver to hotels. Manager is extremely rude. Never again, Vasillios got our business tonight

They have a 2minute wait policy on carside delivery or you get a free pizza. As soon as my timer started it was already stopped from inside and they still took another 5 minutes before coming out with my food and store owner REFUSES to abide by company policy even after purposefully stopping the timer so they wouldn't have to pay out

Ordered $50 worth of pizza and it was delivered with a hair on it. Called them told them I wanted a refund and he told me me he wanted to see the pizza, so they came to pick it up they brought it back and they called me and said the hair was not from them I planted it there to get a free meal, and they would refund me $6.80 for that pizza. Is that how you treat your customers? There’s probably a reason they have a 3.5 review on google!

I hate writing bad reviews. This place has been going down since the old manager left. I dont think anyone checks the food anymore. Most of the time they give me a large pizza in an xl box or instead of the large, they give me a small in a large box and the pizza is either burnt or crushed. Its every single time. The delivery drivers are nice though. They used to be the best.

If I can give zero stars I would, tried getting one single pack of dressing for my salad, they charged me for it and I had money on my card and it wasn’t taking and then it froze and she wanted to hit the screen really hard with attitude. Smh
