Feedback gevenI placed a mobile order asked for my coffee to have extra ice when I pulled up to the window my coffee was dark with little to no ice so I asked the guy nicely if he could remake my coffee the way I ordered it he grabbed the cup and as I was trying to tell him something he rudely tossed his hand in the air and walked away. When he came back with my coffee it wasn't remade he just added a ton of extra cream to it, no ice thought I wouldn't notice, I worked at a coffee shop in the past its obvious he was annoyed and didn't want to do his job!! At this point I had to take a horrible coffee and leave because I had a few minutes to get to work. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dunkin if you do not like waisting your time or money.
First I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said “hi” she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finally helped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). When I brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them it wasn’t, the manager came out and rudely said “it’s ONLY a $0.67 difference but I’ll be nice and give you $0.75” and immediately walked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained to the franchisee owner who basically said she’d talk to the manager but didn’t even attempt to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other Dunkin’s in the area.
Great staff! They are kind ,they make sure your order is correct always. Drinks are alwayssss on point!
Incredible service, wonderful folks, the same quality coffee that we all know and love.
Morning crew is great , closing crew are rude and don’t know what they are doing
