Love the K Bar. Moved away from Cumberland when I was 4 years old, but my grandma lived like three houses away and every time I would go back, I 'd go eat there. It was crazy because until I was over 30 the older waitresses still knew who I was. I used to bounce you on my knee. Just insane. Feels like home. Big time. Love the food. Every time I stop in I grab a few beers and lunch. I always feel like you search for that feeling of your first home, but you can never find it. When I go to K Bar, I feel pretty close for some reason.
Just a cozy little diner that has been around since I was a kid. The food is still great. I love the haddock and ff. Oh let's not forget the butter bread. The staff is always friendly. Definitely a great place to enjoy some diner style food.
Yummy bar food. Cheeseburgers are bomb diggity. So Is the homemade soup and big portions of hand cut fries. Small size seems to be extra large. I also enjoy the little plaques with quirky little sayings that are hung by the handfuls. Food usually comes quick. Friendly staff. A+ in my book..
The K Bar is an excellent spot to grab a bite to eat. Whether you dine in or take out, the food is outstanding. The prices are great, and the staff is friendly. You really can't go wrong here. Highly recommended!
