MISLEADING NOTE this was at the Unley branch, however as there was no Zomato for the Unley one and as it is a chain I assume it is the same. The presentation is really nice, as is the taste generally. However, dying old tuna sashimi red to make it look top quality (the redness of their tuna would only be found in very fresh, very expensive sashimi grade tuna) is not acceptable. You can taste how pale the tuna originally would have been and can see the dye staining the rice (even without being able to see the dye stain, the taste of the tuna is awful and chewy and tastes like very cheap pale tuna sashimi I avoid ordering as it tastes so bad). Do NOT mislead your consumers on this. I have attached a picture for proof
Expensive, but 100% worth it because of the quality and the taste!

One of my favorite places for takeaway sushi in Adelaide! The gentleman who serves you always greets you with a warm smile, which is quite pleasant. They are also willing to whip up something on the spot if you have a specific craving.
