Feedback gevenAfter standing in line for 30 minutes I was informed that I needed to use the kiosk because I was using a card. Then the lady proceeds to walk away. The option for my drink were not on the kiosk. Terrible customer service will not be returning
This place consistently fails. Just walked in ?are you using card or cash?? I say ?card?. She points at the electronic menu now and turns her back on me. So it says ?tap to begin?. I tap and nothing. Tap again, nothing. Tap a third time and she turns to look at me then walks away. I said screw it, it?s not worth the trouble. Not a word. They didn?t even look up once. This store NEEDS to go out of business. It?s horrible.
Absolutely terrible. They have a new self order screen inside. It doesn?t work well and doesn?t have all the options for drinks or donuts. The workers ignore everyone and seem to be there to do nothing out hand out orders. We have visited this location regularly. But no more. If you can?t be bothered to help us order, we?re finished.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY RUDE STAFF!!! My coworker and I and one other customer stood in line for over 10 mins waiting for service, not knowing we were to order from the kiosk. That's not a problem, but none of the workers and there was atleast 5 people working behind the counter had the decency to direct us what to do, but STRAIGHT UP IGNORED US. No one ever even greeted us, said hello, NOTHING, NOT A WORD.I see this is very common from this staff so I'm not the only one this has happened to, so you're guaranteed to expect the same. Don't waste your time or money here.
All too often out of popular items. No jelly donuts? Ouch. You get a wide variety of service here. Some seem all kinds of happy to help. Some seem like they'd rather be napping. Sometimes you get your drink as requested, sometimes they forget the milk or sugar or both.
