The server who took my order, with blonde hair, was quite rude. This restaurant could really benefit from having friendlier staff. It’s important to hire employees who are willing to provide good service. If someone doesn’t want to work, they should consider stepping down instead of being impolite to customers. Her attitude was uncalled for.

The staff were quite dismissive, as they ignored me while I attempted to place my order three times.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the poor service and overpriced drinks. I waited much longer than expected for my drink, and when it finally arrived, it was made incorrectly. Since I had just finished work and was too tired to go back and ask for it to be remade, I ended up stuck with something I didn’t order. I really think the staff needs better training. I had high hopes for this location, especially after ordering a caramel cappuccino blast, but I honestly have no idea what I ended up getting.

Friendly atmosphere. Great place to catch up with friends after a long morning run.

How can a Dunkin' not have powdered donuts? The staff are kind enough but almost never get the order correct. Also, the donuts themselves are almost absolutely trash. They taste like someone mixed in water with the frosting. I wish this was much better since it's down the street from my house but I usually end up driving 3 extra miles just to get better donuts.
