Mcdonald's - Cumming

This location used to offer excellent customer service at the drive-thru, but in the past six months, they've started hiring staff who seem to have little to no experience in customer service. Many of them have negative attitudes and don't even understand the difference between a stirring straw and a regular straw.

This McDonald's really took great care of me. When you approach with good manners, a clear speaking voice, and a friendly smile, you're rewarded with food that's served just right—hot and ready to enjoy. The staff there was fantastic. It's important to treat those who prepare your food with respect; they play a vital role in our economy and truly deserve so much more.

I used to dine here every night after work until I experienced a frustrating incident in the drive-through. After placing my order, the attendant asked me to wait but then went on to take the order of another customer in the adjacent lane who had arrived 45 seconds after my request. When I voiced my concern, I was asked to wait even longer, and my order was never taken. This was a clear case of poor service. Unfortunately, I've decided to take my business elsewhere after using your app every day.

This location is above average with respect to its clean interior. Service is sometimes hit or miss. Today I ordered nuggets to delivered to the table. But for some reason they put them on the counter and didn't even call out to indicate an order wasready. ????

The guy who gave me my food was unbelievably rude. He made fun of the way I pronounced words and rolled his eyes at me. I will never be returning to this location again.
