Feedback gevenWe bought veggie footlong. Bread was not fresh. Sauces quantity is way more. We sat down to eat and started eating, fruit flies came around and we were unable to finish in store. Had to come inside car so that we can eat peacefully.
I should’ve left when I walked in. The drink machine is out of order. But I grabbed a water instead. I asked for a 6 inch sub. She just stared at me. I said it again and told her wheat. She took a footlong out and cut maybe 4 inches off and put the rest back. They have a guard up so you can’t see the meat. She puts the other ingredients on which I notice the vegs were old and lots had dark rotten areas. Got to the register and asked her was that 6 inches. She just stared and didn’t say anything. I told her that was not a 6 inch sub and that they were cheating the customer. A little girl came in behind me and ordered a footlong. They gave her the whole bun didn’t cut anything off of it. She of course said I was yelling at the cashier but anyway. I told them I would be back and that this review was coming. One of the other employees showed up with a ruler and it showed it was not 6 inches Total rip off. Saddest subway I have ever been in and I will not be returning. Go there at your own risk.
Had to repeat everything twice because employee could not hear well. It is $4+ more than any other subways for just 2 sandwiches. I was surprised how expensive it was.
This is my on route Sandwich store , Since last one month I noticed amazing customer service experience and the employees always make sure to tell me have a great day. Lot of improvement under new management. Enjoyed perfectly toasted sandwich, Quality and service improved lot.
I recently visited Subway and was impressed by both the delicious food and the exceptionally friendly and humble staff.
