Village Burger - Cumming

The burger was delicious and wasn't greesy, the fries good and loaded. I can say one of the best burgers in town. Prices are reasonable. I give this place a 9/10.

Not only was the village burger the beat I've had in a long time. But the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Best burger joint in town hands down. Can't wait to come back and try the other goodies they offer.

It is with a sad face I change my 5-star review to a 2. Service is ALWAYS 5-star, we love you guys. But the burger quality and presentation has fallen dramatically in the last couple of months sadly. Instead of two, nicely formed patties, I’ve gotten just chunks of meat thrown together on a grease soaked bun. Please go back to your excellent food practices, can’t recommend the current situation. ?

I walked in one hour before closing and was met with blank stares like I was inconveniencing the restaurant. No one said hello or how may I help you. Not one word was spoken to me before I ordered. The person at the register just stared off in to the distance for a good long while. A customer experience begins with the register. The food is good so I will give this place another try but why would I go somewhere like this just to be stared at and not given a friendly “hello, what would you like” or even spoken to at all. It’s just burgers and fries and I can get those literally anywhere else. The cooks and people bringing the food to the table are probably all great and hard workers. The guy who brought our food to the table was nice and asked if we needed anything. All I would have liked to have happened is just a normal human interaction at the counter before I spend my money to support your business. Voluntary exchange of money for services with a smile. Like I said, this place has one more chance for me and I will change my review if it is better next time.

The food was fire! Sooooo yummy and def hit the spot after running around all morning. The prices are just as great! In times likes these having reasonably priced food is a huge plus! They aren’t chincy on the portions either. Chill place, great food, polite staff, not much more you can ask for
