It's the only DIY dry pot place I can find around me so I don't have much choice, but thankfully I find it good enough. There's a good selection of noodles too. I recommend their pork chop noodles 红烧排骨面 its broth is divine. A few problems to be aware of: About half of all menu items are marked as not available. Looks like they are still in the process of finalizing their menu. Service is a bit too enthusiastic to my liking.
The spicy pot was generously seasoned with red pepper and black pepper, resulting in a medium level of spiciness.
The hot pot here is absolutely delicious! You get to choose your own ingredients, and they take care of the preparation for you. The flavors are incredible, and the service is top-notch. Just a heads-up: the spiciness is authentically hot, so be cautious if you decide to go for the highest spice level. Also, try not to select too many ingredients, as it can result in a surprisingly large bill.
The servers were incredibly friendly, which really enhanced the experience. Just a heads-up: it's a good idea to bring cash. I'm not sure if they only accept cash, but they did seem hesitant to take my credit card. Also, be prepared for it to be a bit on the pricey side. My pot, which was just a little more than a single serving for me, cost $23.50 before the tip.
