Whole Foods Market - Cupertino

Market Cocina offers fresh and flavorful food, making it a must-visit for those seeking a wonderful culinary experience.

Despite the presence of numerous masked employees, none of them assisted us. We waited for over 10 minutes, a challenge for me as a disabled individual, before someone finally came to help us – only after we requested to speak with the store manager. After reaching out to Whole Foods through various means seven times, we received an impersonal response stating that someone from the Cupertino store would be in touch. However, two weeks have passed without any follow-up. We are disappointed with the service at Whole Foods, especially compared to the past when service was much better before Amazon took over. We hope for a respectful response from the company, with a call and an improvement in customer service to address our concerns.

The extensive selection of fresh and dry food at this restaurant is truly impressive. They offer a variety of cooked dishes at different stations, including hot foods, cold foods, salads, and desserts. They even have a sandwich counter, dosa counter, and dessert shop. Overall, everything is delicious and high quality!

Burrito was of good size and a little blander then the other contender in this style of burritos (chipotle). Cheaper than most other Whole Foods lunch options.

The other day I ordered at The Deli two California Sandwiches. They made them quickly, I went to pay at the counter and we ate our lunches in the nice cafe sitting area. it was my first time there since July 2018 as I fell and broke my femur, tibia, ankle. I was able to go shopping at Whole Foods for the first time with my cane and I felt safe and cared for. Good mobility and space to move about with a cane and sit in chairs with lots of room. Thank you so much!
