Kusikuy - Cusco

La comida es deliciosa, especialmente el cuy chactado, la atención es excelente, nos atendió el Sr. Luciano. El restaurante es muy bonito, espacioso y limpio, ¡muy recomendado!

The service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing. The restaurant is very, very nice inside and the seating is very comfortable. It’s a great spot for a date night or nice dinner with friends. Luciano served us and he was very polite and helpful in explaining how to eat the cuy (guinea pig), the sides it came with, and what ingredients were used and why. We started off with the chips and guacamole. It was a good-sized starter for 2. The guacamole was out of this world and the chips were homemade too. We were each given a small shot of anise after dinner and told it’s medicinal and helps wjtb digestion of the cuy. I will definitely be going back for another dinner before our trip is over!

Delicious food. the filled paprika are great, but deep fried what we did not expect. still tasted sooo good! service is good. they cannot be removed from the closed doors. the place is still open and obviously the road outside is perfectly safe. in any case something more pricyer than some of the other amazing restaurants that we were in cusco but worth a visit. the restaurant itself is beautiful, there are even cozy lounges on which you sit.

That is the best hidden restaurant in cusco. it's out of the way, but it's worth the trip. we had an avocado as an appetizer and it was wonderful. then we ordered the cut that was completely brought to the table so that we could make the pictures. then he took it away, and brought it back to pieces. it came with a wonderful filled pfeffer, baked kartoffel and tamale. it's not fast, but it's great. only cash.
