Le Buffet Gourmand - Cusset

This is a Chinese Japanese buffet restaurant, with some French influence. The room is pleasant and spacious and tables and seating comfortable and well spaced. Group arrangements are also good (we 've visited both in a group and individually). The staff are very helpful and willing to explain whenever needed. Food is well displayed and each dish is topped up throughout the service, so no risk of 'running ' out of favourites towards the end if you do not arrive at the beginning of that service. Starters are really good, with fish, poultry, etc being fresh and cooked well with excellent batter. There 's a nod to French culture by including a good selection of salad items. As with main course items, you can mix Chinese and Japanese, if you wish. The array of both starter and main course items is huge, and sauces are available at the end of the counter. Plancha and wok dishes are available on request at the hatch, with really good quality fresh meat and fish. Again, being in the midst of French culture, cheeses are available. Fruit, cookies and a selection of ice creams are available for dessert. There is a good bar available the Chinese beer was very light and pleasant.

Third time in two weeks always as good variety of fresh Chinese and French succhis products, eightres, short cheese tt is super welcome is ss fault and very warm to know

Perfect, high quality, at 13:30 the dishes are not very well restocked but good otherwise everything is nickel.Thanks for this good meal.!
