I tried the food from here when this truck was at the mattituck strawberry festival this past weekend and let me tell you ... some of the best bbq i've had in a long time. the food came out extremely fast and the person helping us was extremely friendly and accommodating. i got the pulled pork sandwich that comes with pickles and onions i got the bbq sauce on the side and the jalapeño mac cheese! the meat was very tender and flavorful and the mac just melted in my mouth. if you are looking for the perfect bbq food truck to cater for your next event, definitely call these guys up!

I am a southern girl through and through, and like many southern girls...guys with trucks make me swoon. But you know whats better than a guy with a truck??? A guy with a smoker attached to his truck. : Let me kindly introduce you to a man who has made my heart melt and my taste buds sizzle...all while eating in a parking lot. I couldn't make it home I saw this guy on FB, hunted down the truck and scoped out his equipment all in the name of good BBQ. He has a smallish commercial smoker attached to a food truck. Honestly....as far as smokers go...its not all that impressive looking....but you know what they say...Its not the size of the equipment but what a man can do with it...and this guy knows how to smoke. I ordered the biggest platter they had shy of a catering size. As some of you know, I may be a little woman, but I can pack away some good food. It came with two smoked sausages, about 6 oz of pulled pork, another 6 oz or so of brisket and two or three large pork ribs. I also ordered pork burnt ends. I got an Arnold Palmer too, but no one cares about my Arnold palmer. Lol. We talked smoke while they fixed my plate. They use a combo of Hickory and Cherry. Tasty and smoke heavy. I like fruit wood smokes, the only thing better is a nut wood like Pecan. But these guys were pleasant and friendly. He didn't offer to show me his equipment...but it was our first encounter. ; Maybe on our second or third, he might let me see. Everything was omg melt in your mouth delicious. It smelled so good I didn't make it home. I sat in a parking lot, eating ribs like a crazy person. It was devine. You have to scope these guys out, stalk them and be overcome by their delicious BBQ. I did, and I will do it again. I might even bring them some Banana Puddin' as a thank you.

Went to the LI food festival this weekend and had to check them out. Ordered the meat sampler which comes with pulled pork, ribs, sausage and brisket. The pulled pork was delicious. We ordered it with their spicy bbq sauce which was a little spicy. So if you dont like spicy try the sweet bbq. The ribs was juicy and tender, definitely recommend. Im not a huge fan of sausages but, it was really tasty. I was really excited for the brisket! It was amazing and didnt disappoint! Cant wait to go back and try the other things on the menu!

Easily the best bbq on Long Island. Larry, the pitmaster knows what he's doing ask him about the fat patchy .

Succulent, spicy pulled pork sandwich was amazing. they can taste the love they put in their profession. this is really bbq and I can't wait to try everything on the menu so I'll add more photos soon. today was the big opening and I think it's probably a line from the door, especially at the weekend when the word comes out. By the way, Mac cheese was also very good, I think this place is a must, so if they are in mattituck, don't miss! all good to eat
