Buffalo Wild Wings - Cutler Bay

It was somewhat average; it wasn't bad, but there's definitely room for improvement.

They didn't make my burger as I ordered. The ingredients were all wrong. I requested a single patty burger with grilled onions and ketchup, but I ended up with a double patty burger that included grilled onions, mustard, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and mayo.

Incredible and fresh! I savored every single bite; it was absolutely delicious!

I ordered delivery and they forgot to include the celery and blue cheese. The wings had hardly any sauce on them, and they arrived cold after more than an hour. When I called the restaurant, they said there was nothing they could do. Their service was horrible and lazy. They claimed that celery and sauce are included with the order, so I don't understand why they weren't in the delivery.

We've visited this location numerous times and the service has generally been quite poor. The only reason we continue to return is because we live just five minutes away and really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. However, today’s visit was a pleasant surprise. We had an incredibly attentive and friendly server named Chris (I think). He frequently checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the food was served relatively quickly, which has never happened here before. Fingers crossed that this becomes the new standard!
