Little Caesars Pizza - Cutler Bay

Horrible place horrible customer service kitchen area completely disgusting all messy

Garbage customer service! It's a shame, because I actually like Little Caesars pizza but I will NEVER return after the experience I had with one of the guys who works here.

I placed my order online and scheduled the pickup time but the delay was almost 20 minutes when I arrived for my order...

It baffles me how majority of individuals still do not know, nor are they trying to learn how to speak ENGLISH in AMERICA!! My boys great grandmother took them here for a quick bite to eat. My son had a horrible time trying to order as no one understood or spoke English.The cashier, the cook, the manager...NO ONE!! He had to take out a translator and the cashier still did not understand what was being asked!! Are you all not an equal opportunity employer? It does not seem so because if you were, you would have English speaking staff and employees of ALL ethnicities!!
