I had an absolutely terrible experience! The person taking my order got it all wrong and didn’t even offer me a receipt. When I asked about my order, I was told to come inside the restaurant. They couldn’t resolve the issue at the window, and then the manager came in with a really rude attitude. Honestly, you should consider firing the entire staff. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!
The staff at the counter seemed to have little motivation. It took 15 minutes to prepare just three tacos. The woman who made them took her time and it showed—she added very little meat and overloaded the tacos with lettuce. When she finally finished, she meandered slowly just a couple of feet to set down the bag of food. I won't be returning! Shaking my head in disbelief.
I don?t think they?ve been cleaning their soda fountain. Bought a pepsi yesterday with my quesadilla and I immediately had to throw up after finishing it. I took another sip of pepsi and ran right back to the bathroom.
Trash. They basically make you what they want and put it in the bag. I dont know who is in charge of quality control here but they clearly aren't doing their jobs. Tried to get in touch with corporate and its the same thing. You just sit on hold until itsounds like someone is going to answer the phone and then they just hang up. No wonder they are doing whatever they want thereis no one to keep them in check. I guess I'll hit up the social media posts until I get a response.
