Baskin-robbins - Cuyahoga Falls

Open 24 hours? Just went there and they said they're not doing Baskin and Robbins then what the heck are you doing

I meant to upload this in October when it happened but I just got busy. I called to get a standard unicorn ice cream cake last minute for my daughters birthday party -placed my order and went about my day.Her dad went behind my back and got the exact same cake- same flavors and all. I called back and asked if they could change it up a little bit. Maybe make it rainbow- I said that I didn’t care how it changed the cake price I just wanted her to have one that was uniquely from me. When I tell you this store and the young lady who made this cake went above and beyond I mean it. I have gotten cakes in Florida at high end bakery’s that had month long waiting lists and this is the most beautiful cake I have ever purchased. My daughter was thrilled- literally laughed when she saw it. I have never in my life had someone “understand the assignment” quite like the team at this store when I asked if they could change up the unicorn cake to something rainbow and beautiful for a three year olds birthday. I am so thankful for this custom cake. Truly. It made the party and her day.

This is the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever visit. The staff awkward, I visited store twice in different month. They don't hear you well and they don't accept to talk to them in window when you are in drive thru, also they don't accept to show you what you ordered looks like you buying fish in sea. I spent 3 mins to explain ordering milkshake and the man there never spent his time to understand what my order is and I called it off with no ordering anything because they don't speak in window just by mic. I wish the management find solution for that and for staff working there to be more polite .. scale is 0/10

Drive through only when we went through on Saturday, early afternoon. I indulge in a cappuccino blast from time to time extra cinnamon please! This was the first one I ever shared with my husband in seven years of marriage. It was his first. I crossed my fingers that he would like it. The staff here made everything run smoothly. I asked (kinda unreasonable really and I was expecting a no, which would have been fine if they could split it into two cups since we were sharing. The man at the window gave me an unenthusiastic I guess so and then they did it perfectly. Added whipped cream/extra cinnamon to both. First David was grumpy. I was afraid he didn 't like it. I enjoyed mine and let it be. I looked over and there seemed to be nothing left in his cup. Are you done with that? (I was going to toss it for him. No! (Smile that almost cracked my cheeks

Would not get an ice cream cake from the freezer for us. Was told, and I quote, It 's too difficult to do that on the weekends . That 's too difficult over making something?? And there was 1 car in line in front of us and NO ONE behind us. I call that lazy, not difficult. I called prior to stopping but no one answered the phone. Got there and the door is locked. This location needs some serious corporate management attention. Ridiculous. 0 stars if that were an option.
