East Of Chicago Pizza - Cuyahoga Falls

East of Chicago has been one of my favorite pizza spots since the early '90s. Since moving to the falls, I was delighted to find an EOC here. This location is just as great as any I've visited before. While they're well-known for their pan crust, I actually prefer the hand-tossed thin crust, not the crispy version. The website could use some improvement, but it serves its purpose. The delivery guy was professional yet friendly. This will always be one of my top choices for pizza.

I ordered a large cheese pizza with a side of marinara sauce, which was included in the box. Both the pizza and the sauce were fantastic! Just a few minutes later, I heard a knock on my door, and it was the East of Chicago delivery driver returning with an extra side of marinara sauce that they thought they had forgotten. I thought it was really thoughtful of him to come all the way back just for a side of sauce! Kudos to East of Chicago!

I've been searching for a great pizza place, and I finally found one! Maro's was a disappointment. The crust was like trying to get through a heavy steak dinner—too filling and dry, with no flavor at all. I ended up getting a refund in store credit and bought garlic wings with it. I also tried Dominion's pizza, but I returned it; I refuse to pay for food I can't eat and waste my money. However, East of Chicago is fantastic! I first ordered pizza at the restaurant, and it was so delicious that I ordered delivery the next day, and it was just as good.
