Olive Garden Cuyahoga Falls

Although there was a bit of a wait to be seated, it was definitely worth it. The Zuppa Toscana was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, and the Lasagna Classico was equally fantastic. Our server, Justin, was very friendly and did an excellent job. He was incredibly helpful, and I was truly impressed.

The restaurant wasn't too crowded before the dinner rush, allowing for quick and accommodating service. The chicken marsala was quite good, and I would likely order it again. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, with no mistakes in her service.

We decided to wait around for about 45 minutes to see if the power would return, which it didn’t. Still, the atmosphere of a dimly lit Olive Garden with just one other table occupied was surprisingly enjoyable! The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were well-made. I’d give this experience an 11 out of 10, and I would gladly do it all over again—even without power!

I had a disappointing experience with the food here. The fettuccine had a paste-like texture, and the shrimp was boiled and lacking in flavor. However, I must say that the waitress was lovely and provided excellent service.

I've always liked visiting Olive Garden, whether it's this location or others. However, this experience was quite different, and unfortunately, not a positive one...
