Feedback gevenI ordered 6 Louisiana wings and requested extra fry seasoning on my fries. When I got home and checked my order, the fries were plain and they gave me plain wings instead. This has happened multiple times now and they never get the order right. This place is terrible.
The restaurant staff does not make an effort to accurately fulfill orders unless they are placed in person at the store and reviewed on the spot. Ordering delivery may be a challenge.
I spent $52 on a carry out order from this restaurant. I was excited to try the food, especially since my son enjoyed it, but when I got home I realized that three orders of French fries were missing. I called the restaurant and asked for either a delivery of the missing fries or a refund, but they were unable to accommodate either request. They do not offer delivery services and do not provide refunds for any reason. This experience was disappointing, especially since it was for my son's birthday dinner. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Placed an online order. When I got it home, my whole order wasn't in my bag. Tried to call. But sat on hold for over 30 minutes to have no one answer. Worst customer experience.
A friend and I came in yesterday 01/10/23 around 6pm. A man named James began to take my order, he immediately had horrible customer service and a nasty tone of voice. Afterwards, my friend began to order and he was upset because he had already pushed my order through due to his assumption I was ordering alone even though I came in with and was standing with my friend. The order was very simple, James had an extremely hard time comprehending the order even after repeating it several times. He then accused my friend and I of drinking saying he could “smell it on our breath” when I corrected him after he accused us of repeatedly changing the same order we had repeated SEVERAL times. I’m a 23 year old woman who chooses a sober lifestyle, I was also the driver. My friend, over aged 21, had been drinking which was none of James’ concern. Needless to say, we left the restaurant and took pictures of James for corporate while comparing his body build to Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. James, you should never work in customer service again, you’d think a middle aged man working at wingstop would be more humble.
